I felt absolutely compelled to write this warning about my terrible shopping experience. I bought a dress, took it home, and decided it wasn’t right. I tried to follow their ridiculous policy of 3 days exchange and the weird texted receipt, only to find out when you try the clothes you can’t exchange it. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next made me feel totally humiliated. The staff’s reaction was awful—they thought I was still trying to skirt the system, and they chased me around the store when I tried to buy something new instead. It was completely discriminatory. I left the store thinking, “This is the place when you wanna be humiliated in just a couple hundred box. What a disgusting people they are.” I had to reach out to corporate to understand why their customer service is so incredibly bad at business and why I was treated this way.
